• This 'Challenge' is open to all members of the public and multiple entries are encouraged.
• Identify the rule/process/procedure/licence that should be changed/abolished and give your proposal for improvement.
• Suggest creative & innovative process(es) to further improve the Civil Service.

• In the event we receive two or more entries with the same recommendation/proposal, the first one received wil

  • You may send in as many proposals as you like but every one idea should be in one form (One form One Idea and explanations must not be more than 200 words).
  • Results will be made known in June 2011.
  • The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
