- Deadline for submission is at 12 midnight on 30 April 2011 (Saturday).
- You may send in as many proposals as you like but every one idea should be in one form (One form One Idea and explanations must not be more than 200 words).
- Results will be made known in June 2011.
- The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
